Therapist — LCSW — Part-Time, Remote
Transcend Therapy is expanding our insurance-based telehealth team across Massachusetts. We’re looking for licensed therapists who want flexibility, strong referral flow, and a supportive clinical culture — a part-time, fully remote role with a minimum caseload of 10 clients per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy via telehealth
- Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
- Deliver care using a culturally sensitive psychodynamic lens, with CBT and solution-focused interventions as appropriate
- Provide trauma-informed and identity-affirming care
Qualifications
- LCSW licensed in Massachusetts
- Experience and passion for working with people of color, LGBTQIA+, and marginalized communities
- Values authenticity, reflection, and cultural humility
- Interested in trauma-informed, identity-affirming care
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
