Affirming. Fierce. Anchored.

I see therapy as a collaborative process. Together, we’ll tailor our approach to fit what feels most supportive for you. Therapy should meet you where you are—not where you think you should be.

My work is helping you get curious about the patterns you’ve outgrown or hope to outgrow, without shaming yourself for having them in the first place.

In our sessions, you can expect honesty, warmth, conversations that go deep and practical solutions. We’ll explore what’s underneath the anxiety, self-doubt, relationship struggles, burnout, or whatever it is you’re feeling.

  • Sometimes therapy looks like processing pain.
  • Sometimes it looks like challenging old narratives & discovering healthier ways to cope.
  • Sometimes it looks like setting intentions in between sessions.
  • Sometimes it looks like laughing at the absurdity of life.

My goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding of who you are, what you need, and how to integrate that in real time.

Outside of sessions, you’ll find me at pilates, laying in the sun, or making lattes at home. I’m usually mid-DIY project, planning an exotic trip, or spending time with my Frenchie, Nala.

Compassionate. Steady. Empowering.

I work primarily with teenagers — middle and high school students (13 and up) navigating stress, identity, friendships, and the pressure to look like they have it figured out. I feel most energized working with BIPOC youth, and I’m deeply rooted in the idea that everyone can heal and grow from challenging obstacles.

In session, you’ll often find me using visuals and hands-on tools to help what we’re exploring feel clearer and easier to hold onto. Some days, that might even mean a round of virtual Uno — connection can start in the simplest ways.

I believe every person carries a lived experience that’s entirely their own — and that healing and growth are possible, even from the hardest parts of that story.

As a Black therapist, I’m committed to reducing the stigma and disparities that keep communities of color from getting the care they deserve, through trauma-informed work and a lens of social justice. My approach is grounded in an Afrocentric perspective, but it’s never one-size-fits-all — we’ll shape it around what you need, at your own pace.

Sessions start with getting to know you: building a relationship that’s warm, collaborative, and free of judgment. This is a space to actually feel what you’re feeling, whether that’s stress, anxiety, a hard transition, or the quiet weight of low self-esteem. You are not alone in this. I’m here to help you build on what’s already strong in you and move toward the life you’re imagining for yourself.

I also welcome adult clients, and bring the same warmth and cultural grounding to that work.

Outside of sessions, you’ll find me buried in a fiction novel, deep in whatever show has my attention that week, or bravely attempting to become more flexible through yoga.

I am committed to supporting and empowering you as you build on your strengths and move toward the life you envision for yourself.
