Therapist - Part time

Position Details

  • Part-time, fully remote

  • Minimum caseload: 10 clients per week

  • Flexible scheduling

  • Serving Massachusetts residents only

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy via telehealth

  • Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and documentation

  • Deliver care using a culturally sensitive psychodynamic lens, with CBT and solution-focused interventions as appropriate

  • Provide trauma-informed and identity-affirming care

Qualifications

  • LCSW licensed in Massachusetts

  • Experience and passion for working with people of color, LGBTQIA+, and marginalized communities

  • Values authenticity, reflection, and cultural humility

  • Interested in trauma-informed, identity-affirming care

  • Strong clinical documentation skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our growing remote practice who values depth-oriented, culturally sensitive therapy and is looking for a supportive private practice environment.

This is a part-time, fully remote role with a minimum caseload of 10 clients per week, designed for clinicians who want to provide high-quality care without the administrative burden.
